It should definitely be a skin just for the memes, but include it as an April Fools' skin and not as part of the actual line of Star Guardians.
I guess I just don't have enough troll in me but I feel like it kind of makes a mockery to a skin line that is iconic for its cuteness. The same way someone like 
would make a mockery of the Bloodmoon skin line.
See...Cosmic Terror Urgot sounds cool...but you know, they have a line for the enemies of the Star Guardians already: The Dark Star line.

Honestly, with some creativity, who says Urgot could not be within the SG universe? He will definitely be in a league of his own, but I think a glamorous-anime aesthetic could be projected onto his model. His voice lines, though, would be a bit strange lol.

Honestly if they release this skin for April Fools i can guarantee tons of people will buy it. Its a free cash grab for them. Add a prestige version too while we're talking about cash grabs
The Star Guardian Urgot's case is taking so long, even longer than my ... nose. I know that Riot rather create good-selling skin but c'mon Definitely Not Star Guardian Urgot for April Fools or Odyssey Urgot should be acceptable.
