Ashe Rework

Since Ashe is an unpopular champ and she is not very good, i have designed a rework for her that sounds more fun than the old Ashe and still has hers persona as the Frost Archer

Passive- Frost Shot- After every 5th-3rd (5th from level 1-11 and 3rd from level 12-18) auto attacks her next auto attack will slow Q-Focus- Passive- While out of combat Ashe gains focus stacks, and when at 100 her next auto attack will crit Active- Ashe gains attack speed for attacking the same target over 10 sec. When switching targets the attack speed is lost. W-Volley- Ashe fires 7 arrows in a cone that deal damage. Arrows can crit and if Frost Shot is up it will slow E-Hawkshot- Ashe fires a hawk spirit that deals area effect damage and reveals fog of war and if Frost Shot is up it will slow(think of her regular hawkshot but it does not go as far and deals damage) R-enchanted Crystal Arrow- Ashe fires and arrow of ice that if it collides with an enemy champion it will stun based on the distance it traveled

While removing one of the things that makes Ashe Ashe, literally all this will do is make you ask why pick Jinx over Ashe besides the stun because that is all that is going to happen by making her Q an AS increase and her passive a once in a while slow.

I guess you are right but the attack slow will help Ashe kite better while its harder for jinx. Jinx Q is much different from an attack speed buff. This will also give Ashe more power without major attack speed items. This Ashe is a much easier 450 champ while the current one is harder. Everyone and their mother thought that at level 1 ashes hawkshot does damage. I feel that she will be easier to play and more fun too... Imagine hitting someone with a far ranged hawkshot.

How would a slow every once in a while as opposed to a permaslow help her kite better?

Ashe is fine, leave her alone.
