New gamemode? "Urf Battle" Or "Put name here"

Me and my friend has thought of a new gamemode where you fight urf. The match should be played on the Aram map. There will be 5 players in one team and 1 in the other who will play as urf. The 5 players start at level 18 while urf starts at level 1 with 3000 health which is increased by 200 per level. He also can't buy items. Here is just what his abilities could be:

Passive: Each time Urf hits his Q ability on a target he gets 20% cooldown reduction for a limited time this stacks up to 3 times. This also reduce debuffs by 20% stacking up to 3 times.

Q: Its basicly an Ahri Q that increases the hitted targets cooldown by 1 second on all abilities. Base damage: 200 which is increases by 10% per level.

W: Passive: In circular area his enimies movement speed is reduced by 20% while Urfs movement speed is increased by 20% for each enemy stacking up to 2 times.

E: Urf unleashes a giant wave which he slides on towards a targetet location. Each enemy hit by the wave is knocked aside and stunned for 1 second. If he hits a second time he jumps of the wawe before he reaches the targeted location Basedamage: 100 which is increased by 5% per level

R: In a circular area around Urf each enemy takes 50 damage per tick. Within the circle there will be 10 golden missiles shot at a random location, after the missile wave the circle dissapears. Basedamage circle: 100 per second, increased by 5% per level. Basedamage missiles: 200 + 25% of the targets maximum health, increased by 10% per level.
