Every other champion has gotten a update so far, except Taric. When does TARIC get at least a visual update at least?

Riot Repertior mentioned recently that Taric is currently in the process of a rework -

Taric's 90% or so done from the gameplay side actually. However, due to him needing new model, animations, vfx, sfx, etc., there are still a few big projects ahead of him. It probably won't be until late fall or winter that we reveal changes.

We've announced a Poppy rework. You can keep track of the updates here. I don't know much additional information, as I'm on the Skins team, not Champion Update.

Taric still has some "big projects" ahead of him....
