Zed needs a skin desperately (sorry Rito but Shockblade Zed doesn't look too good). So since we are getting a Sith Lord skin for Jayce, why not have one for Zed?
His claws have red lightsaber blades on them and his armour is black. He sounds like Darth Vader and his basic attacks have special sound effects. His shadows are holograms and his surikens are red.

This post is not needed. Chosen Master Yi does NOT feature much in terms of being a Jedi, Padawan or whatever. It's just a guy in a robe with a lightsaber. Also, did you know? When the skin was created, it didn't have a different auto-attack sound, which was only added with his rework.
Forsaken Jayce only indicates that it COULD have been an inspiration source among many, but in the end the only thing that would indicate it is a dark robe and the color black and red, which really isn't something the Star Wars franchise created.
On-topic: you litterally describe this skin by using "he sounds like Darth Vader". I am pretty sure that it's not even legit to write that in a concept unless you want to give Disney free money.
And another thing, the actual design you wrote up was horrible. If you want to use Star Wars as an inspiration, you can't just do THAT. What Sith Lord throws shurikens and sound like Darth Vader, with dual laser claws. Come on, this was just a pathetic mishmash by a Zed-fanboy.
