Personally I think that pantheon is the greatest of the champions as he is my main and i really want to get a full metal pantheon skin for him without having to go through the hassle of buying it with paypal or visa. I was just wondering do all skins go on sale for about 400rp eventually?

Skins only go on sale for half off, so if Full Metal Pantheon is 1350,(I believe that's how much it is) then it will be on sale for 675.
