Champion ability ideas/enhancement
this started with my thought about veigar... But I know I've had many other ideas to improve other champions before.

So my idea with Veigar began like this. I was thinking about black holes, and how his stun ability is named after the area of a black hole in which nothing, not even light, can escape. I though that maybe if veigar' ability were more of a temporary bubble instead of flat circle, it would make more sense (without the stun so champions are free to move within the bubble and possibly dodge veigars abilities). And possibly to add, if allied champions jumped in the bubble they could not escape it as well until it times up. This would add highly to chasing, team fights, and possibly an even more challenging lane phase for veigar players. Thanks Riot for your time! Just a suggestion I had in mind!
