Giving Soraka a horn more like her splash screen art

I'm trying to figure out if I can give Soraka's game model a better horn for the purpose of making machinima. Currently it's got the inflated banana horn as seen here:

while in the concept art she has a triangular crystalline horn like this:

Does this look like something worth doing, or are you all too attached to the in game banana horn?
