To me Olaf is a great champion apparently now called a "Bruiser" what I would like to see is Olaf has a gap closer like for example like it's probably a dumb idea but like lets say after Olaf throws his axe he has a second cast and he dash to his axe I know it's really dumb but it's for an example, I want to bring this topic into the boards because honestly i don't know if it's just me but he's under played for me, i think he would be played more if he has a gap closer because he can get kited so easily it's terrible I know it's dumb but i want to bring this in, does anybody else think the same please reply or type bump if you agree!Amumu

The only time I see Olaf played is when people say, "Well, the website said that Olaf counter (Riven, Irelia, etc....) so I picked him versus that champ." This tells me they neither know how to play him nor play him often. I think if Olaf were in the right hands, he could do serious damage. But right now, the majority of people playing him just pick him up thinking he'll be easy.

Olafs axe loses its cd if he picks it up so if he got any sort of dash move it would allow for aoe permaslows whic i just dont think would be a good idea. Especially when u combine it with the rest of his kit. He is very underrated but very viable in my opinion.

A gap closer on Olaf would be too much. Once he catches you he's already next to impossible to peel off with his ult + flash, and he has a strong ranged poke with a low cd that also packs a decent slow. With his crazy sustain the only way to beat him is to keep him off you, and you can't do that if he gets a dash.

A gap closer would be awesome, but totally broken. Olaf players just need to pick their moments carefully and keep their sustained trades constant and they'll be fine.
