new skin idea

i think i got a good idea for some new epic or legendary skins like murder or psycho skin for or with like bloody hair (also bloody tails in ahri's case) with them say stuff like "why are you not DEAD ALREADY" or "you need to stop MOVING" and with small blades or ahri's reskin for her ability's and dont know with yas maby a bloody sword that drips and cool blood splashes when you hit or kill a champ with yas's sword dripping blood and stuff i think this is a cool idea and you can do it for other champs just ahri and yas for first ones i think these could be legendary skin and is riot is reading this can i have the skin for free..........plz.............i suggested them..............i have no money............rito plz
