Doctor / Mad Scientist Champions

I think that it would be really cool if Riot would make a support that looks like a doctor and throws syringes or puts down medical pads that are kind of like bards healing shrines or if they made a Mad Scientist mid laner that throws diseases at the enemies and does massive damage over time damage, I think that would be really cool and fun. Anyone else have any ideas? What lanes do you think they should both be in if Riot makes them.
