i thought about all the champions a bit and how much you see them in game. yorick came to mind because i don't see him in game like maybe ever. in 500 games i thought i saw only 10 yoricks. he is a really good champion (very strong when correctly played) and i would to see him more often. maybe you could release a really AWESOME skin for yorick even maybe a legendary or a ultimate skin. there is room for a ultimate skin like everytime he cast a minion he changes a bit.

the one i would like to see the most is SHOVELKNIGHT YORICK. it's a old but fun game and an awesome little easter egg. and with his ghost: just give them a little derpy helmet or something.

please think about this.

Honestly, there are a bunch of problems with Yorick being TOO strong because of the fact he has no counter. Riot is keeping him in a nerfed, weakened state because they do not WANT people to play him at the moment. He is in line for a major rework and Riot has stated that they will not give him a skin until the rework is completed, as they would then just have to re-do the skins visual effects to match that of his new abilities. sorry to break it to you ;x.

To answer your question. They wont come out with anything new for Yorick until they rework him. Which right now the last time I checked the rework list is:
