We need more Champs from Bilgewater

So as of late, Since I last argued about needing another Bilgewater Champion, We have gotten a Burrowing Creature of the Deep, A cursed soul from the Shadow Isles, The lost king of the Sands, And a Prehistoric Yordle. Soon to be joining us is a rather Ionian caretaker of the wilds...

So far we got 4: One is a Bounty Hunter/Conman, Another is a Fierce Pirate Captain, Then there is the Pirate Hunter and then Fizz. Two Marksman, A fighter and an Assassin. That's it. The others are a stretch by saying 'Well, They have some kind of tie there'

We need something like a First Mate or Rival ship captain who uses Grog-o-mancy in either a support or mage role to play. Either it be tossing bottles full of it onto enemy champions, Creating slippery patches that send enemies zipping forward if they are not careful, and being a drunken sailor; Or him controling the foul stuff with magic like a Water bender, Splashing minions and champions and Drunkenly stumbling forward with his teammates with a bottle in hand. Just a skinny lankey man with a whole lot of grog to share, Skins would be easy as you could just slap a strawhat and ripped clothing for a 'Castaway' skin. With the Bottles, Make a 'Revolutionary' skin with a Winter coat and Molotovs.

What would you guys suggest for a Bilgewater champion?
