Bubblehead Champions

I just saw a video on youtube demonstrating the new URF Skins of 2016. I really liked the "Bubblehead Draven Draven" and I have an idea: when you reach a very very big number of mastery points on a champion ( I don't know like 800k or 1kk ) you will be rewared a skin, which will be the default skin of your champion but with a bubblehead. Maybe it will be an issue with fps drop or high graphics when you have a teamfight with 10 big heads champions ( I don't know how these things work or get affected ).
