Some of the legacy skins that are actually being sells are rare? I like unmasked kayle but i don't know if is rare. But this discussion is to I know all the rare skins that are actually for salle.

It's rare. The limited availability is either rare or going to be rare. Riot is removing some skins from the store I think so get them fast as possible.
