[Skin Concept] Naughty or Nice Jinx

I know it's way too last minute for this to be even considered as a skin this year, BUTTT Jinx deserves some more skins and it's really fun playing around with ideas for her ^^~ Her super mega death rocket could totally explode into presents. Justsaying.
