Somewhat yes in low elo. In high elo if you're good enough. I don't know what rank you are but hey w.e Since Yi is being played recently in low elo he seems good in jungle instead of top. Top you'll be tankier but you can't gank and get buffs and faster gold. Jungle you can but you lose time doing something when you can help your team. From what i know currently he's not played much in low elo and high elo so i think he's a sleeper op right now.
