New Champion "Kled, The Pride Of Noxus"??

These posters were all over the eu lcs studio today and, most likely, announce the next champion called "Kled, the Pride of Noxus"!

If you look closely, it's wearing a saddle. So the new champ is likely a yordle and this is its mount.
Maybe there's a mechanic where he gets dismounted and has to find it again on the map. lol
But I thought Darius was already the Pride of Noxus.
I think the posters might be giving clues about abilities.
Passive: Always runs and only straight builds up movement speed or something
Ability1: Some sort of dodge or dash - maybe in combination with bushes Ability2: Some stink poison cloud - or ranged stink attack Ability3: Next AA does x damage plus increased armor and mr for x seconds
Just some thoughts.
I believe the creature in the picture is not Kled. I think it's the Mount he wants to ride. Maybe he rides a mounts as a passive. As the game progresses his mount upgrades (much like a Viktor hextech weapon).

The posters are written by Kled, who is looking for his beast: Poster 1: Kled creates a WANTED poster and calls him a coward for running constantly and hiding in the river bushes. Poster 2: Kled creates a WANTED poster looking for his magical beast and saddle, saying the beast stinks like Sion, but he doesn't judge him. Offers a reward for the Saddle back. Poster 3: Kled creates a MISSING poster for his beast, which he calls the Pride of Noxus, and sweet talks it, ending with how he misses it on his patrols.
What this shows is initial anger and tilting over his beast running away, but Kled eventually starts to miss it and the posters get gradually sweeter as he's trying to find his pet again.
Hmm, well it does look pretty beasty, which matches the bush teasers on PBE. I have to wonder how it qualifies as Noxian though...
