Champion name: Temze the Urtistanian Lancer

Attack range: Melee

Playstyle: Temze is meant to be played as a tank engager similar to that of Jarvan 4, but also along with his kit Temze can be played in a variety of lanes ranging from top lane with his ability to engage and sustain or in a lane such as support where he can disengage and shield his ADC.

Passive: After being out of combat for 3 seconds Temze will empower his next autoattack, causing it to cleave all enemies in front of him for 5% of their max health as true damage. Every time Temze kills a unit the cool down on this ability is decreased by one second.

Q: Temze stabs all enemies in his way and pushes them in any direction of his choosing, this ability does 50/100/150/200/250 damage plus 40% of Temzes AD and. This ability has a 12/11/10/9/8 second cool down

W: Temze shields himself and an ally of his choosing for 2 seconds, while the shield is active Temze and the allied champion gain 15% bonus attack speed. This ability shields for 50/100/125/150/200 plus 60% of Temze AD. This ability has a 7/7/6/5/5 second cool down

E: Temze dashes in a target direction with his lance pointing out in front of him, enemies struck by this ability are slowed by 30% for 1.5 seconds and take 10% of the damage they receive within 2 seconds of being stabbed as bonus bleed damage. This ability does not do damage by itself . This ability has a 10/10/9/8/7 second cool down

R: Temze summons his horse Sleipnir and rides down a lane with or without one ally doubling Temze movement speed, Temze has complete control over Sleipnir's movements and any enemies struck with Sleipnir are stunned for 1 second. The ally on Sleipnir can get off at any point by using a movement control. This ability has a 115/90/70 second cooldown. If hard CC'd during this ability Temze jumps off Sleipnir landing with a massive explosion slowing nearby enemies for 70% for 2 seconds, if uninterrupted this ability will last 7 seconds.

I can write a full lore if you would like and am open to ideas on how to balance this fictional champion.

Most of the kit I'm cool with, as far as he seems to be an AD bruiser with good damage, great CC, and (I suggest) conditional tankiness. I do have a little bit of a problem with him having such a high AD scaling on a shield, but because his other AD scalings are so low, if he built heavy AD, he would be forced to deal damage with his autos, which weakens the Lethality heavy build I was beginning to worry about. That said, he does seem kind-of strange because of that. But I think I would enjoy it.
