RIOT PLEASE NERF FIZZ

is unfair and unbalanced and too OP for 4800 IP even 6300 IP is cheap but fizz is a champion in League of Legends that can get fed even if he has 0 kills and 20 deaths he still does dmg and i think he abilities are the most unfair of all. Q he launches at you dealing magic damage, W has a passive wich is so unfair even zed can't do that dmg when he is fed, E jumps in the air avoiding everything and if his E is casted on top of you it will deal lots and lots of magic damage and slow you , R ult is the most unfair of all because he throws his ult at you and slow,stuns and deals 9999999 magic damage to your face and if this seemed Broken he recently got buffed even more. If anybody from Riot Games reads this i hope you do nerf make him more easier to kill because counters every mid champion and it is not fair i think he need a nerf and please do it to make this game better please
