Evelynn Ult and Q suggestion

_Now I understand that these might not be a big part of her current design philosophy, but considering the lack of direction and relative simplicity of these implementations I think this could be a good way to add more skill to Evelynn .

_Ultimate- Agony's Embrace- Make it the bastard child of its pre-nerf form and 's and 's ultimate. Have one third of the damage proc up front as it already does for % max health damage, but have the other 2/3 proc afterwards IF the enemy leaves the initial circle Evelynn places. This would allow more power to be put into her kit overall, and would allow for inherent counterplay. Depending on results she could keep the shield and the slow on either or both procs of damage, making someone choose between staying in a confined area with a high consistent damage assassin or taking the risk and extra damage by leaving. (P.S. - This makes it fit with the idea of the name Agony's Embrace by making it painful to stay near)

_Q- Hate Spike- Make it a skillshot, not an auto activate. This makes Evelynn have to practice to run someone down, and she essentially would fall into strafing runs in the hands of unskilled players as they issue one move command to save the mouse for attempting to hit the hate spikes, but skilled players would see little change and it would allow Evelynn to keep her positioning focus to maximize hate spike.

_Yes these add more complexity to her kit, but its complexity her kit currently lacks, by adding it in and allowing the counterplay on a micro player-player level makes up for the fact that Evelynn inherently has a lot of power on the macro level, and always has. Plus, these changes are pretty simple, like, riot could avoid even calling it a rework if they felt like and use this as a springboard to find a new direction for her.

_Lore wise she fits as an enforcer or Thorn of the Black Rose, perhaps necromancy used on a living subject or further experiments using Vlad's hemomancy, but that's for rito to decide.
