Champions that the players would like to be created

I wish for a champ similar to Squall from Final Fantasy 8 dat gunblade is damn sweet and his finisher moves are so awesome.

Long story short, when you can somehow incorporate a notable figure who shows up in the lore of champions such as Viktor, Urgot, Blitzcrank, and have speculated links to Warwick and Singed, why wouldn't you want to take it?

The guy is as pompous and underhanded as they come, sure. But isn't that what makes him a more memorable character? He's certainly got the credentials. When you're renowned for your work and research in a city-state that is notorious for its science, you're a big deal. Then when you take that a step further and find out that you're a Chemist, Inventor, and Scientific Visionary (with a penchant for finding ways to steal the credit of your peers)? There's no denying your abilities. And it doesn't even stop there. He's extremely well-respected in the city-state of Noxus, too. It was his ingenuity that led to Urgot finally hearing the call of the Rite of Reclamation. Just another add-on to his already pretty solid Champion-Status Resumé.

Just think of the possibilities. Techmaturgy meets Necromancy. The Supernatural meets the Scientific. The League meets the Professor.

A tanuki champ to have a rivalry with ahri since folklore stated that Tanukis and Kitsune(nine tailed foxes) are rivals. But since Ahri is more of an succubus would the tanuki be an incubus?(since most tanuki in folklore are male)

More rat champs like twitch but instead of a marksman one could be a fighter/tank and the other can be an assassin or a mage

also, VUs and kit reworks to champs that really need them cough poppy cough

A miner champion would be cool.

I would like to see a pure-breed dragon who is Shyvana's rival and works for Noxus

An actual vampire, possibly a bat. Not a work-around like Vlad being a hemomancer. An actual dragon. Ao-shin one year away. Melee poison champ, possibly bio-toxins or poison claws. Ranged jungler. More AD mid laners. More void champions, specifically more bugs. Non-humaniod champions like skarner (see bat suggestion). Another champion from bilgewater, although I have no idea what fits thematically other than pirate. Sea creatures for "The Deep" faction, like sharks and octopus and other whacky things. Any champion with a burrow mechanic. The animations would just be too cool. Moles, rock-guys and sea creatures could all use it. Any champion at all to expand on Malphite's faction. He's so lonely. Another champion from the Plague Jungles and Kumungu Jungles. A dinosar. A Paladin. Taric is the closest we have to one at the moment. Maybe another aura champion, but Taric and Sona fill that archetype pretty well already.

A massive overhaul of every single outdated champion to modernize their kits. Even if they don't become competitive, I'd rather Riot not leave half the current roster to collect dust because many of the champions fill cool archetypes but aren't satisfying to play. Champions like Mordekaiser, Poppy and Warwick have some of the most powerful passives in the game (especially for the tank role), but their kits are so binary that they aren't all that fun to play.
