So I know this video was made 3 years ago, and this champion was made an even longer time ago, but, I feel like Kadarin would be a nice edition to league of legends. I hope you guys are still at least attempting to develop this champion. If the champion was scrapped I would like a very good explanation as to why! Please make this champion!
Maybe some stuff from his kit could be used for a new champion, like the heat system which buffs his AS. However, looking at the picture showing him, I don't think that Kadarin should be released with this specific look.
The only regions he could fit into with his hightech equipment would be Piltover or Zaun, but I think that his design doesn't fit either of these regions. He actually looks more like his base skin would be part of the Pulsefire skin line than fitting in any existing region in the base lore.
