@Riot: We need a Professor X-like champion........

You know, like our favorite Patrick Stewart baldie in a wheelchair, he could be a great support or a Midlaner! Or a jungler cuz #YOLO!

His abilities could be*(and I can't stress enough how little deep "balance directed" thought I've given this): *

Passive: Prime Telepath: Everytime he interacts with an allied or enemy champion he gains X ability power Q: Telekinetic Bolt- Think like a Nami sized stun that can shield an ally instead(scales off of AP) W:** Mental Projection-**Slow an enemy by X+(%AP) or give an ally a flat shield with a MR boost E: **Astral Projection- **Move out of your body for 15-20 seconds in a stealthed(? maybe/maybe not) clone, the clone can be destroyed and damage done to the clone does 30-50% damage back to you. While in clone form you can use all abilities with 20% CDR R: Telekinetic Wave-an AOE blast doing X(AP scaling) ability power to enemy champions or shielding ally champions by X(AP) power. Damage or shield decrease by 15% with each champion affected down to a minimum of 25-30%

Just saying...........feeling like a badass telepath would be so cool. This kit are all the cool ideas I could think of for that off the top of my head!
