Yuumi change suggestions
So I've played a ton of games on Yuumi and while I love her there are a few changes I think could help to make her less frustrating to lane against, and easier for her allies to play with.
The biggest change I would make is to her Q. Currently it does the same damage attached and unattached to an ally. I think that making the base damage on the attached Q lower but the AP ratio higher would help to make early game poke more manageable for players who are laning against her. Then making her unattached Q sort of the inverse, where it would have higher base damage but lower AP ratios. This would create incentive to use the harder to hit ability early on to deal more damage, it is also riskier because she would have to be unattached and exposed. Playing safe would result in less damage, as it should.
Something like this: Regular damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 165 (+ 45% AP) >>> Unattached damage: 60 / 85 / 110 / 135 / 160 / 185 (+ 35% AP) && Attached damage: 30 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 / 145 (+ 55% AP)
Obviously it would be the same for her empowered Q, but this is more to just demonstrate the change rather than to be an exact translation of what those numbers would be. It would require testing and balancing so I'm not saying this is what it should be, just a general guess.
Secondly, I think making her empowered Q a different color than her regular Q (even if only slightly) would help to make it more obvious when it changes so people playing against her know when it's going to slow them. It's not currently that hard tell if it's empowered, I do think it's fine as is, but this change might be nice too.
Lastly I would look to change her passive a bit. Mainly I think that the mana it gives late game is a lot with how high her mana regen gets, I think reducing it from 160 to 120 or 100 would be fine. Then I would add some attack range to it. At this point in the game being in auto attack range of literally anyone with CC or damage (so everyone) will kill you quickly. It is totally usable in the right situations, but I think making it so she gets bonus attack range on her first auto when her passive is cooldown (BASED ON LEVEL) would help to encourage her to become vulnerable late game and make use of her passive more. Especially considering the cooldown on it is much smaller at that point.
If It's not obvious the reason I say this attack range bonus would be based on level is so that early game isn't just Yuumi getting tons of free shields and mana without any risk. I think at max level the bonus attack range should lie somewhere between 50 and 75. Keep in mind that Yuumi only has 500 attack range. Compare that to Sona, Lulu, Nami, or Jana who all have 550 and its not that insane, especially since its on only one auto.
I am by no means a pro or a high level player (Obviously). These are merely some ideas I've had while playing her and wanted to share. I don't think she's really too broken at the moment especially since she was nerfed in 9.12. However, she does seem to be super annoying in lane and is just good in general so I think shifting her power around might be beneficial for everyone.
