Gift Skin Shards

Something I wish we could do is gift skin shards to friends as some are to good to re roll or disenchant such as legacy ones but you also know its for a character you don't play it would be amazing if we could do something nice with these shards we get from chests ect. even if we had to spend some IP to gift them I just think it would be really nice to do and would make hex tech chests much more worth buying because if you get a skin you already have or cant use then at least you can send it to a friend and make them smile.
