Passive #1: Hunter's Mark - Zeal's rifle auto-attacks in 3-round bursts. Every second burst hit on a target will stun them for 0.75 - 1.5 (based on level) seconds and will increase Zeal's attack damage by 10% for 3 seconds.

Passive #2: Perfect Shot: Zeal's rifle fires at a fixed attack speed of 0.80. Extra attack speed increases the range at which Zeal can target enemies with an auto-attack, and grants extended map true sight for every 10% of excess attack speed.

Passive #1 (Launcher): Explosive Eye - Whenever Zeal uses an ability or auto-attacks an enemy champion, gain true sight of all enemy champions for 2 seconds, stacking up to 6 seconds.

Passive #2 (Launcher): Cooldown - After firing 3 separate auto-attacks or if Zeal doesn't activate an ability for more then 10 seconds, Zeal switches back to his rifle modification, tossing the empty launcher module in front of him. After 2 seconds, the module explodes, dealing 350 - 1,500 AOE magic damage (scales with level) to all targets hit by the blast.

Q #1: Relentless Barrage - Zeal lets loose a stream of bullets along a designated path, firing 6-10 (scales w/ level) total bullets, each dealing 30-100 (scales w/ level) true damage upon contact with an enemy champion or monster. (Consumes 25 mana) (10-second cooldown, 5 at max points)

If Relentless Barrage is used on a stunned champion, each bullet deals an additional 10-50 (scales with level) true damage to that champion.

Q #2 (Launcher): Clearing Shot - Zeal fires a massive explosive blast from his launcher at the chosen area, dealing 300-900 AOE magic damage (scales with level) to all targets within the circle. (Consumes 25 mana) (10-second cooldown, 5 at max points)

If Clearing Shot is used on a stunned champion, the blast's damage doubles and causes that champion to create a similar AOE explosion upon dying, dealing 100 damage to all nearby enemy champions.

W (Both): Pulse Grenade - Zeal chucks an electrostatic grenade at the chosen area. After 1.2 seconds, the grenade explodes, stunning all enemy champions, minions and monsters caught within the blast for 1.5 - 2.5 seconds. (Scales with level) (Consumes 70 mana) (15-second cooldown, 10 at max points)

E #1: Rolling Thunder - Zeal rolls backward a short distance, taking aim at the spot he was originally in. He then fires four powerful rifle shots ahead of him, each stopping at the first champion they hit and damaging that champion for 400-700 (+0) (Scales w/ 50% of AD) (scales with level) physical damage. (Consumes 50 mana) (12-second cooldown, 7 at max rank)

If Rolling Thunder is used on a stunned champion, two of the shots fired will automatically direct to that champion, but will deal 20% less damage on impact.

E #2 (Launcher): Rolling Fire - Zeal rolls forward a short distance and readies his launcher, rapidly firing three small grenades after a small delay that explode upon impact with the ground or an enemy champion, minion or monster, each dealing 200-400 (+0) (Scales with 50% of AP) (scales with level) AOE magic damage to all enemies hit by the blasts. (Consumes 50 mana) (12-second cooldown, 7 at max rank)

If Rolling Fire is used on a stunned champion, each blast that damages them deals an additional 50-200 (scales with level) AOE magic damage.

R: Hunter's Trade - Zeal takes 3 seconds to switch his rifle modification out and replaces it with his launcher modification, changing his passives, Q and E abilities. (Consumes 0 mana) (30 second cooldown, 15 at max points) (NOTE: You may put a skill point into this ultimate on level 1 due to it not being an immediately problematic effect.)

Maybe if the name was Zeel instead of Zeal. Just how like we have Shen and item 3057.
