Insurance Salesman Azir. Shoots out two-three additional people below him to help his pyramid scheme out. (His people throw constant paper instead of spears) His e still rushes over you to finish his sale. His R is the no way out of the sale.

Like an arcade chess skin -- so it can say "check mate" when someone kills him or he picks up a kill.

ooo ooo OOO!!! when he uses Conquering Sands he can say opening moves like 'Knight to F3' and when he uses Shifting Sands he can scream 'CASTLED!', if taking towers he can call 'pushing pawns'. If he dies, he can complain about 'blind pigs' or something about him conducting a 'post-mortem', if he lands a killing blow with AAs 'King takes Pawn!'. If he is on the winning size he could request a 'Queening'.

What about Gravelord ?

Regarding OP: Sounds great (especially with the idea of chess quotes) though Toy Soldier Azir also sounds nice and fits into a similiar theme.

yeah Gravelord is already the "undead" skin for Azir, I know what you mean.. still I do like the concept of Necromancer better than Gravelord. at least I think Necromancer looks more badass than Gravelord.
