Bard Buff

Dooooooooood Rito! You really need to buff bard. I wasted so much IP on a potato! like he's super squishy and his stun makes me cry. Please work on Bard. AND THAT NERF ON SEJ REALLLY? Other champions should really be nerffed instead of Sej like i dunno maybe Kat again????? His heal should be something like,If the enemy steps on his heal, they get slowed, or poisoned? JUST please make him something other than the potato he is.
