Legacy Champions?

Dear players and Riot Team,

Can we please open a discussion about releasing (pros/cons, for/against) old versions of revised champions?

No doubt, I would prefer to play old PoppyPoppy . I felt old KarmaKarma had a more unique feel than the new one. Old Master Yi MasterYi was an AP carry, with high risk & high reward. Old FioraFiora was a great asset to team-play and a 1vs1 monster. Old AsheAshe was an early game crit-master for 1 shot. And many others. They each had their merits and flaws. In some cases, I prefered the older versions over the new ones. In some cases, the new ones are just too "point and click".

In this discussion, I would like to avoid talking about champions that were not overhauled in such a way that they retained the same abilities. But I'm open to discuss them if there was a change to their tactics (ie: you had to change when or how to engage the enemy). I absolutely do not want to discuss changes that were made for balance purposes (ie: a buffed/nerfed ability). Furthermore, I absolutely do not want to discuss any legacy items (ie: Runic Bulwark).

So... tell me people; How do you feel about this?

I think this is an interesting concept. To be quite honest, I would have loved to see what some of the old champions were like back then. For me, it would have been really cool to see Zyra or Karma.

But anyways, only concern with this is they'd have to be allowed only in a particular mode, of course, and maybe make that mode a rotating game mode.

I would love this.

It would also bring back old players.
