Legacy Champions?
Dear players and Riot Team,
Can we please open a discussion about releasing (pros/cons, for/against) old versions of revised champions?
No doubt, I would prefer to play old Poppy
. I felt old Karma
had a more unique feel than the new one. Old Master Yi
was an AP carry, with high risk & high reward. Old Fiora
was a great asset to team-play and a 1vs1 monster. Old Ashe
was an early game crit-master for 1 shot. And many others. They each had their merits and flaws. In some cases, I prefered the older versions over the new ones. In some cases, the new ones are just too "point and click".
In this discussion, I would like to avoid talking about champions that were not overhauled in such a way that they retained the same abilities. But I'm open to discuss them if there was a change to their tactics (ie: you had to change when or how to engage the enemy). I absolutely do not want to discuss changes that were made for balance purposes (ie: a buffed/nerfed ability). Furthermore, I absolutely do not want to discuss any legacy items (ie: Runic Bulwark).
So... tell me people; How do you feel about this?
