Shiver me Tibbers Annie concept?

I know Annie has quite the abundance of skins, but I think a cool skin for her would be a sort of pirate skin for the upcoming Bilgewater event. I'm just putting my idea out here to see if other people would think its cool.

Well, as you know, it is a pirate skin so maybe she could have an eye patch and a bandanna on her head? Or perhaps a costume mimicking Gankplank's Sailor skin? I never thought too much about her outfit for my concept but, BEAR with me.

For Tibbers, I was thinking a beard and a eye patch and a hook on one of his paws. Maybe even a peg leg!

For her abilities, Her Q would be a smoking canon ball (Don't question how an eight year old can pick up an entire canon ball, they're quite strong you know.) Her W would be a wave of water (Yeah, she doubles as a water bender) Her E particle effects could be either water or smoke, like from the canons.

I thought maybe a cute recalling for her would be a small boat, surrounded by water mind you, which she jumps into with Tibbers in hand. She stands on the bow (is that what its called?) of the boat and holds her hand up to her forehead and looks around. She then loses her balance and falls off of the boat and into the water. When returning to base she falls down with Tibbers next to her, she picks him up and assumes her normal stance.
