New Champion

I've been craving a champ that uses a giant lance. I'm not talking about one like Jarvan's (not much of a lance), I'm talking a lance/shield combo that's a tank that focuses around cc. He could have a line skill shot where he dashes and stabs and would root the target or instead of rooting it could stun when hitting a champ into a wall. He could have a cone shield bash that would knock back enemies. There's all sorts of fun stuff to think of but I wanna see it implemented. Thoughts anybody?
