Riot Kayle on patrol for Gamescom 2014! | League of Legends

So I am wondering if it is possible to acquire the Riot Kayle skin through mystery boxes, I read a post which stated that there are select Riot skins which are unobtainable through Mystery Boxes and/or Mystery Gifts ,

But this post is a little out of date and so I am wondering of any changes as I also read a post in which Riot KateyKhaos states, "Any skin for a champion you own is available through mystery gifting . . . so long as it is not under 520 RP and was at one point obtainable in the store."

So again, the big question, is Riot Kayle one of the skins of which you have a chance of receiving through Mystery boxes and/or Mystery gifting as of the current date, 05/09/2015 or can someone state if they have obtained Riot Kayle through this method before?

WHAT SKINS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR MYSTERY GIFTING?

A skin for any Champion that your friend owns is eligible for Mystery Gifting, as long as it's worth at least 520 RP and is available in the store. This includes Legendary and even Ultimate skins! Legacy skins will also be obtainable as a Mystery Skin EXCEPT Achievement skins, Collector's Edition skins, PAX skins, Rusty Blitzcrank, Urf the Manatee, Championship Riven and Riot Squad Singed.

If you think you are really that lucky you can get Riot Kayle skin through Mystery gift/skin. For me mystery gift/skin is a ripoff. I spent 6k RP (maybe more) to get Riot Blitzcrank and you know what I got? Bunch of shit tier skins. Meanwhile people get ultimate skins with one try. So if I were you I wouldn't spend my RP on that broken system.

Yes I know how you feel, I have also spent a rather large sum which is why I am curious on the subject (quite a bit more than 6k RP). I did not wish to continue attempting to get it in vain, since I already own most legendary skins, as well as my favorite skins for each champion that I play, but since it is a possibility I believe that I may attempt to purchase it again through this system. cross your fingers for me!
