So i have had this thought ever since they first introduced game modes like urf and all for one. Pretty much all skill shots are global and point click abilities are 3x range. Adding in no fog of war i think this could result in a pretty cool and easy to code game mode. What are your thoughts

Interesting. But, I think it'd be better if you kept the increased range as you say, but make all walls block all skills, even ones that can go through/over them now. And keep the fog of war in the jungle. So you can see down the lanes and shoot down the lanes, which would encourage teams to work their way through the jungle instead.
Actually, edit the fog of war down the lanes so it's dependent on a champion being their to watch. Like, you'd be able to see as far as the bend in top or bot lane, or all the way down mid, IF someone bothers to look.
