Skin for Talon or perhaps a rework on assassins

Talon is a great champ but not much people are playing it because of his inability to kill someone fast like an actual assassins who lurk in the dark. Because he cant silence no more and slow instead, it may seem effective with the passive however, people who are skilled are able to react. if there were a silence, he can kill someone before the enemy can do anything, it may seems too op but at least he can be an actual assassin, i feel like assassins should get a rework like the adc patch. i love talon very much and i want other people to play too, if it is not getting a a rework, at least get a new skin so people can appreciate talon's power of being able to kill a squishy fast like teemo. i want everyone to look at talon in a different perspective instead of a normal champion who can just kill someone either fast or get killed fast. without silence, enemy can react quickly like using zhonyas or flash or other escape, and that is not how assassins should work. SO PLEASE GIVE A REWORK OR A BUFF OR A NEW SKIN TO INSPIRE OTHER PEOPLE AND NEW PLAYERS TO PLAY TALON MORE, IT IS A GREAT CHAMPION
