New game mode??

I was wondering if it was possible to make a competition (1 v 1) in which players are not the one who plays but players' programmed bot, i mean, we all have played against riot's bots and we all wondered, at least once, how those things were programmed.

So, wouldn't it be nice, if we all could program our personal bot, giving him our knowledge of the game and our secret tactics, the ability to dodge skillshots and to learn not to miss them, they can be fullfilled with machine learning code so the longer a game lasts and the more they learn about the enemy's code (when to use skills, where to dodge certain skillshots, ecc...).

Now, i understand that it would be hard to do since a better programmed bot can still lose against a champion that counters him, and this leads to the fact that every champion should have a different code.

This is just an idea i had, feel free to criticize it or help me improving that.
