Weird champ idea.

So uh the concept for the champion is essentially an Owl harpy-ish guy (Name pending) with feathers on his arms nearly making them wings but still retaining his hands and fingers having feint feather accents on his face too, he would wield a glaive along with some lightning that he charges up as he fights to sort of have that calm before the storm feeling as his movement would be silent, the AA's would have smooth transitions in-between so after the first glaive swipe he would sort of do 1 swirl beside him or behind him as it gets prepared to transition into the second AA and he would also mix in some strikes with his talons and if he has high enough attack speed the normal glaive strikes would be replaced with constant twirls, he would walk normally but as his movement speed would rise he would start slowly gliding while lifting himself off the ground with hops (sort of like Xayah hops around) that would be less commonly seen the higher his movement speed gets.

-As a passive he would build up movement speed while moving forward sort of like Aurelion's passive however it would at the same time build up his lightning charges (I will explain in more detail on the ultimate) and alongside that he would get more damage based on attack speed (it would obviously give severely smaller damage buffs as the attack speed rises for balancing reasons) with this passive he would be able to quickly rejoin his team in a fight to break the silence.

-Q (Crushing talons) Lunges forward a small distance and as the name suggests he grabs and crushes his opponent with his talons dealing AD damage and if striking a champion also rotate around to the other side of a champion if Q is held , the ability is like a skillshot and not a point to click with no after effects. (Medium CD)

-W (Edge sweep) He rotates his whole body and swipes his glaive from the left to the right doing full damage to the first target hit from the corresponding side reducing damage as it hits more targets (including minnions) along the way in medium distance ahead of him (similar to Aatrox 2nd Q but wider and dodgable if lined up dashing or blinking however the opportunity window is small) dealing a normal amount of damage and applying a small bleed to the first 2 champions struck with all of it being AD damage. (Medium CD)

-E (Dust cloud) He stretches out the feathers on his hands and swings it with strong force to create a very short duration dust cloud in a relatively small cone in front of him that applies a nearsighted debuff and it does not deal any damage. (Not sure about the cooldown)

-R (Thunderous roars) The Passive on this ability works very similarly like the ultimate from Karma as it buffs abilities and will hold a maximum of 2 charges that build up with his AA's or movement forward (could also be over time so a charge around every 15sec) and have little lightning particles that go from none, to a bit, to pretty visible based on how many charges he has built up, it would be a toggleable ability with no cooldown sort of like you toggle Singed Q and once it is active it will use up 1 charge for every ability cast while it is active. -Empowered Q runs lightning through his talons slightly increasing damage and converting half of the damage into AP damage (pretty straight forward). -Empowered W makes him use his glaive like a lightning rod that retains the damage drop based on targets hit but replaces the bleed with a stun for the first 2 champions hit and turns the majority of his damage into AP damage. -Empowered E the dust cloud becomes slightly bigger, deals a very small amount of AP damage, stays up a bit longer and in addition applies a small slow like 10%-20%. ACTIVE holding the R button causes him to expel all his charges as a thunder strike from the sky, it is a high damage that varies in damage based on the charges used, (does not work if you have no charges) it is a skillshot ability with a small area that can only hit 1 target dealing ONLY AP damage it can also be severely punished for missing making it a risky ability in some situations. (High CD)

My vision of him is a versatile high skillcap hybrid champion with a bunch of tools that are all EQUALLY valuable and make for very diverse combos. For example if getting ganked you would use your R and E to slow down and strip the ganker of knowledge about the situation while you have a chance to deal with the laner while the ganker (he can obviously still flash out blink etc.) cannot see, if lined up even stun both of them with R W making it even worse for the person ganking however in return you would lose a good bit of your damage unless you're going for full AD which is not what I imagine this champion to be.

For main items I imagine items such as Nashors tooth, Guinsoo's rageblade, Hextech gunblade and Boots based on preference and the rest being situational so you could maybe go Trinity force or Lich bane along with Liandry's torment and etc.

I've been thinking about writing up a champion of my own since I've been playing for around 5 years but I do feel like I described him as a way overdone champ XD so now I can finally put that idea to rest.
