An idea for taliyah and a suggestion for ARAM

Two simple suggestions that don't have anything to do with each other. Taliyah The first I have always thought that Taliyah E could have been designed to replenish the depleted earth that Q inflicts. That could entail a shape change for E, or be depended on percent coverage to do so, the basic idea is intact. So to clarify: her E gets consumed by the depleted ground. This means that she loses her combo if she decides to cover it. Thus she can choose when to do the combo and when to chase, and if she want to do the combo she has to be careful not to fully match the E with the depleted ground. The second suggestion is born from frustration. Ever so often in ARAMS there is champion swaps and alterations until the last second leaving no room for rune change. League is not how it use to be, meaning the loadout runes are much more fluid rather than the old runes and masteries which was a little more static in my opinion, this part is beside the point. Since it was something that affected loadout selection since it the implementation of ARAM. So i suggest a separate champion selection time and a separate load out time, the durations of each are up for debate but personally I would like an equal amount of time for each similar to the one allocated now for both.

These should be two different threads, since it's difficult to upvote while agreeing with one and disagreeing with the other. The Taliyah idea is sound, but I think if you use E on worked ground it should have a reduced cooldown and refund some mana, and simply unwork the entire circle even if it overlaps another.
