Where is Nautilus enemy?

I read Nautilus lore the other day and noticed that it's actully really sad? But what got me most interested was that there is no champion in the league that right now matches the description of the enemy described in his lore. I'm just wondering, will we ever see this horrible creature, strong enough to drag down a big boy like Naut and that vomits black oily stuff?
