@RIOT: Re-Make Fiddlesticks Skins

I main Fid, and I use lots of his skins. Not all, but most of them could really use a re-make. Just throwing it out there. I main with Union Jack, because of the history behind a union jack being used on scarecrows. Would be cool if it was re-made into an actual British royal army coat, with a union jack flag.
