{Skin Idea} Teemo: Australian Teemo or Kangaroo Teemo

Australian/Kangaroo Teemo is a skin for Teemo, obviously, but this skin makes Teemo a Kangaroo with a Australian Slouch hat and an Eye patch over his right eye. Not only does this skin give Teemo an awesome hat and a possible Eye patch (If decided to have one) to match he also hops like a kangaroo but when his W is activated he hops quickly. The reasoning behind the entire idea of only hopping is due to the fact that kangaroos normally walk on four legs (Their front and Back making a type of gallop formation putting their back legs about half way though their front then pushing off) thus preventing a summoner using this skin to activate abilities since Teemo wouldn't have any open hands to use his weapon. To clarify Teemo would use a Didgeridoo as an alternative to his blowpipe. For this skin his ability's his normal Auto Attacks are little clumps of sand to relate to Shurima since its a desert which resembles the Australian deserts in which Kangaroos live. His Q however would shoot a cactus out of his blowpipe for the reason that if you had thorns in your eyes you'd probably be blind (Unless you're Lee Sin or Helen Keller). His W would kick up sand underneath him since hes hopping and the motions usually kick up sand under there feet. Teemo's new E would instead of the Poison icon he gives enemy's he attacks it would be more like sand dripping down from above their heads. Teemo's new mushroom traps would be a pile of boomerangs that when stepped on launches them a bit above the ground to the set area of effect then their movement dissipates and the fall onto the ground then a small time after that they disappear. Now that I'm done writing about the ability's I'll talk about the voice. The new voice for this skin would be a deep voiced Australian man who has new quotes when getting a kill with his Ult such as "Oi, Mate, Next time watch out for traps" and others that will be created at a later date. The Pricing will be in a Range between 1350-1820 RP because of the changes he is subjected to.
