Add report button in champion select, because some players are toxic from the start, pick champions that are 100% troll pick and because of that you need to dodge and lose lp. If everyone votes report on 1 player, then it would dodge automatically or something like that.

Define "troll pick". It's far too loose of a term that 99% of players will see differently. I played Ornn during his first 2 weeks (where his average WR was 30%) with a personal 60% WR (still in that ballpark after 60 games almost) am i considered trolling and should be reported? How about jungle Ezreal? Ezreal is clearly labled a marksman and bot carry through the client so should I report every jungle Ezreal for "trolling"? You can't have these gray-lined systems because everything you perceive in champion select is 100% subjective since they haven't done ANYTHING wrong yet. Someone can SAY they will run it down in champion select, but they could also go into the game and go 20/0. Going TP/Cleanse on Nunu could be perceived as troll, but there is nothing written anywhere that says you cannot take that summoner spell combination aka he has done nothing wrong yet. Now if said Nunu goes 0/52 then yes he did intentionally feed, but simply picking something like Nunu with TP+Cleanse is by no means against the rules and reportable ESPECIALLY before the game even starts.
