Ok... So a day ago I made post outlining the idea for a new champ that comes from the same place as Kayle and Morgana, our favorite battling sisters, on is a hybrid fighter and the other is a pure AP mage. Now here's what I have to say. What if... we made an AD caster? Sounds pretty hard now doesn't it? I believe I have a found a way to make this weird idea into a reality with, Johvah; The Prosecutor, the newest angel of death soaring onto the scene. Not only is he a rather unique champ since the idea of an AD caster is kind of out there, Johvah would be only one of two champs that could claim this exotic title, the other champ being Zed. Here is a list of stats and abilities.

Base Hit Points: 475 (+25 per level) Base Faith Points: 200 (Regen +5 Faith per second) Replaces Mana Base Attack Damage: 60 (+2.5-3 per level) Base Ability Power: 0 (+0 per level) Base Movement Speed: 355 Base Attack Speed: 0.650 (+0.025 per level) Base Armor: 20 (+1-1.5 per level) Base Magic Resist: 30 (+0 per level)

Passive- Condemnation: Each basic attack Johvah does to a enemy champion or minion applies a stack of Condemnation, to a max of 5. Once a full stack of 5 is reached an enemy champion or minion becomes Condemned and receives 10% more damage from all basic attacks. Alternatively, Johvah's Accusation, Executioner's Swing, Relentless Pursuit, and Final Sentence can consume the Condemnation stack to gain a bonus effect based on how many stacks of Condemnation there are on a target. Stack timer resets with every new stack applied to the same target, stacks last 10 seconds.

Q- Accusation (Medium Range Skill Shot): Johvah thrusts his halberd forward sending forth a beam piercing light that damages all enemies it passes through, burning them for 60 damage (at Rank 1), +15% of current AD, over 3 seconds. Each stack of Condemnation adds +10 damage to the burn to a max of 50 (at Rank 1). FC at Rank 1: 25 CD at Rank 1: 12 seconds

W- Executioner's Swing (Melee Range On Cast Attack): Johvah strikes a foe with his halberd with great force dealing 100 damage (at Rank 1), +15% of current AD, ignoring 15% on their armor. Each stack of Condemnation adds +10 (at Rank 1) damage and +1% (at Rank 1) of armor penetration. If Executioner's Swing kills a target it permanently in creases its damage, minions and lesser monsters add +1 permanent damage, siege and super minions add +2 permanent damage, and enemy champions add +3 permanent damage. If the target had a max stack of Condemnation on them when they were killed the damage increase is doubled. FC at Rank 1: 50 CD at Rank 1: 16 seconds

E- Relentless Pursuit (Gap Closer/Escape): Johvah surges forward on his wings, soaring over the heads of lesser foes as he chases after larger opponents. Ignores unit collision with minions, siege minions, and lesser monsters. Upon colliding with an enemy champion, super minion, or large monster, Johvah deals 50 damage (at Rank 1), +10% of current AD and slows them by 20% for 3 seconds. Each stack of condemnation adds +5% to the slow, if Johvah collides with a target with a max stack of Condemnation he stuns them for 3 seconds instead of slowing them. Relentless Pursuit can go over walls, barriers, and other terrain. FC at Rank 1: 75 CD at Rank 1: 23 seconds

R- Final Sentence (3 Long Range Skill Shots +Long Range On Cast Attack): Johvah stops becomes immobile, holding aloft his halberd, then fires three bolts of light in a straight line stopping at the first target they hit dealing 50 damage (at Rank 1), +25% of current AD, and applying a stack of Condemnation, finally Johvah calls down a single massive ray of light on a chosen target dealing 250 damage (at Rank 1), +35% of current AD. Each stack of Condemnation adds +25 damage. If Final Sentence kills its chosen target it resets the cool down on Johvahs Q, W, and E, but not his R. FC at Rank 1: 100 CD at Rank 1: 150 seconds
