New Zac skin

Is there going to be a new Zac skin any time soon? i really, would like to see a new one for him, something other than a recolor, maybe something like the custom skins would be cool. anyone know if they are going to do that?

There is a Pool Party Zac concept skin somewhere on the forums. It is epic. Not a riot skin but still.
