TL;DR Trying to buy a custom Deckbox for Magic:The Gathering, while trying to get a trace of Velkoz etched on it. I need permission to do this since I will be buying it

So I have been playing League since 2010 and it is one of the best games I have ever played. Vel'Koz is by far my favorite champion and I'm pretty much a one trick on him at this point although I do play other champions. He is the reason I made it to diamond 2 seasons ago which was awesome.

One of my other interests is playing board games, Mechs vs Minions is amazing, and one of the other games is Magic the Gathering. I am interested in purchasing a custom made deckbox that can be etched. Since my love for Vel'koz and his tentacle goodness is so great I was thinking I would see if I could get him (arclight vel'koz) etched on the box cover, his arclight void rift hitbox as a border along the sides, and the quote "Thank you for your... contribution" on the cover as well.

I have been in contact with player support who can not give a direct answer, but have given me the email information of who I can get permission from for this endeavor. I'm just trying to get this seen by as many Rioters as possible as the deadline is coming up for the kickstarter that I want to use.

Here is the layout of what would be printed on the deckbox

Hopefully I can Thank You For Your Contribution in allowing me to pursue this.

If you are commissioning a design from a company that deals in custom-made product, you typically don't need permission, as it would be for personal use and not resale. Copyright and licensing only comes into effect when a company tries to carry a permanent product or line featuring images that they don't own the rights to.
