Wukong Skin concept

A lot of people know that just about every one of Wukong's skins is based off of The Journey to the West (not sure about Underworld Wukong) So I thought it'd be nice to have a skin that diverges from this pattern.

Underworld Wukong is actually his one skin that isn't based off of Journey to the West, though Riot kind of dropped the ball since he looks more like a ghoul than a ghost. I'd like if he could get finally get a 1820 RP skin, but so long as it's not another Journey to the West based skin I'm all for it ;)
