Feel like there should be a pregnant champion. Who says there can't be a family in lol and I can't cosplay anything with my biggo preggo belly! Riot ! Step outside the norm!

Then we can get a trans champion and finally start uploading those OCs.
The problem here is that the champion would need to be ETERNALLY pregnant; otherwise they are a new champion 9 months later.
