Pre-ordering upcoming skins & champions

I think a really cool feature that isn't too complicated would be adding pre-ordering. I think that it would be cool if you could pre-order an upcoming skin or champion so that you wouldn't be inclined to use ip/rp on something else because you are an impatient wanker like me.

It would also be cool if you could pre-order an upcoming champion or skin for a friend as a gift. (Inspiration was my friend's bday being today, and he really wants the upcoming "Forsaken Jayce" skin. Go wish him a happy bday. Username: Luxemorph)
