New Game Mode Idea
Riot is famous for bringing in new game modes to play in League of Legends.
We've had game modes where you could have six on six battles, another where your team members vote to decide on which one champion would be chosen to be used by your whole team, and even experienced the re-occurring URF (Ultra Rapid Fire) mode that simply allowed you to play without many limits. I've enjoyed them all and I got to thinking one day and thought of a new interesting game mode to make and I call it, The Randomizer.
In this game mode, you start off by choosing a champion to play as. For both ranged and melee champions, you retain the passive ability, but lose your Q/W/E/R abilities. The abilities will alternate between three random abilities of the type of champion you've chosen. The three types of abilities may consist of 2 defensive and 1 offensive or vice versa of each four activatable Q/W/E/R abilities. Ranged cannot receive melee champion abilities and vice versa. After the first use of the ability, the next one loads up after maybe 10 seconds (this time range is flexible) and so on. If an ability is not activated within 1 minute, it'll automatically alternate to the next ability with a 30 second cooldown instead (Teemo's "Toxic Shot" is not an activatable ability and is therefore banned from the list of useable randomized abilities). Say for instance you choose to play as Annie and you're able to use Nami's "Aqua Prison" and Swain's "Torment" abilities or if you play as Amumu and you're able to use Blitzcrank's "Rocket Grab" and Rammus' "Puncturing Taunt" abilities.
The replayability of never knowing what abilities you'll get is endless and it gives depth to gameplay and strategy. That is why I think this would be a fun game mode to have a lot of fun with.
