New Champion Idea. Urumi, The Blade of Imbalance/The Drain on Balance

Just to start off with an introduction; I am not good at League of Legends, like really I suck, but I do enjoy the game and I often think over the champions in it. It occurred to me recently that other than the ability to pay for abilities in health, there isn't a champion based around self sacrifice, as such I came up with the idea for this first champion; Urmi, the Blade of Imbalance:

P: Mandatory Endowment Urumi may basic attack allies for no damage. Any enemy PC that is hit with Urumi basic attacks have their Attack Damage, Ability Power and Movement Speed very slightly lowered for a long period of time. Any allies hit with Urumi’s basic attacks have these same stats increased for the same length of time. This increase is based on the ratio of enemies to allies marked with Mandatory Endowment.

Q: Sapping Binds Urumi fires out a projectile that, upon hitting an ally, will search for nearby enemy PCs and bind them and the ally together. If a bind is formed then the enemies are snared, so long as the ally doesn’t move, up to a maximum of two seconds. For the duration, every member of the bind gets applied with Mandatory Endowment.

W: Self Sacrifice So long as Self Sacrifice is active Urumi will slowly eat away at his own life and heal people in an aura around him for the same amount. If Ultimate Sacrifice is activated while Self Sacrifice is toggled on then the amount of health that has so far been sacrificed goes into healing the target.

E: Offset the Scales Urumi extends his blade, gaining range and a small attack speed buff for a brief time. At the end of the duration all cases of Urumi’s passive are expended, turning the tables in his favour, stunning enemies and healing allies. This effect will happen even into death.

R: The Ultimate Sacrifice Urumi dies, substantially buffing a targeted ally’s attack damage. All instances of Mandatory Endowment stay active and regardless of who may have dealt damage to Urumi before he dies, nobody gets any rewards. The buff stays active so long as Urumi is dead and he may activate his R again to respawn early.

As you will have noticed their isn't any scalings, nor any specific numbers. That's because I would probably make him way to over/under powered, this is more of a concept than anything. He would not scale well and out be a support more than any other role, but other than that you can decide what scalings would be most suitable. As for lore, I had this idea of two time lines where Urumi ends up being selfless and selfish, but either way, I have a second champion idea based around being an annoyance to kill in lane, followed by being a pretty good late game carry, much like Akali or Katarina. As such I present Urumi, The Drain on Balance:

P: What’s Yours is Mine Urumi’s basic attacks deal reduced damage to enemy PCs mana before their health. Attacks on the enemy PC mana restore a small portion of Urumi’s own mana.

Q: Bound by Disparity Urumi creates a tether that connects him and one target enemy, rapidly draining their life for a brief period, if they are stood on Tainted Grounds then they are also stunned for the drain duration. An inactive tether remains between Urumi and the enemy so long as they remain in a large radius of each other.

W: Tainted Grounds Urumi creates a very large area where enemy PCs cannot regain mana, this area is permanent and costs no additional mana until it is cast again, which moves it. If the enemy is affected by Bound by Disparity’s tether they also cannot regain health and take damage exceptionally slowly over time so long as they are stood on Tainted Grounds.

E: Crippling Blight Urumi fires out a projectile that deals damage to the first enemy PC it hits, based on how low their mana is. If the target hit is affected with Bound by Disparity’s tether Urumi also steals some of their movement speed, if they are standing on Tainted Ground then they take additional damage over time after the initial burst. If they are standing on Tainted Ground at the same time as being affected by Bound by Disparity’s tether then Urumi heals for the amount of damage dealt over time.

R: Reassigned Power Urumi may only activate Reassigned Power if an enemy is affected by Bound by Disparity’s tether at the same time as standing on Tainted Grounds. The enemy in question is very briefly stunned while Urumi tags them as his victim. If they die during the next brief period then Urumi recycles their power into a form he can use, turning him into a beast with increased size and attack range. In this form all his abilities will trigger as if the target were affected by Bound by Disparity’s tether and standing on Tainted Grounds. In addition to this Tainted Ground’s damage over time is substantially increased and the cooldown of Crippling Blight is substantially decreased.
